Tortiglioni with multigrain nut sauce
Ingredientes
- 1½ package of Bimbo® Bars Multigrain Nuts
- ½ cup of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 oz. of tomato puree
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
- One pinch of grounded black pepper
- 1 cup of spinach, finely sliced
- 8 oz. of cooked tortiglioni

Place the Bimbo® Bars Multigrain Nuts in a food processor, and grind them until you get a fine powder.
Blend the onion, garlic, tomato puree, and water and place in a casserole. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the bars, oregano, broth and the pepper.
Add the spinach and mix.
Use this sauce to cover the pasta and serve right away.
Tip: You can replace the spinach for asparagus, carrots or broccoli.
